There's a phenomenon in physics where the error in your assumptions roughly evens out, as in overestimates are compensated by underestimates. I'm not sure how consistent it is but I've run into it myself so maybe it is the same idea here

@@MegaScytheman in physics i think you would assume that each instance where a measurement is made is independent of the other ones, resulting in roughly even distributions of over- and underestimates. Here, though, it seems it could easily be possible that one misremembered detail could affect other desicions in the future, making further mistakes more likely.

Dude has played this game for years and thought there were 3 lamps LUL Much better than I could've done, and amazing video and amazing map, incredible you got it so close in only 5 hours! P.S. I downloaded the map and played it, there was a huge invisible ceiling near the top of tower that extended all the way to asteroids, the only way i could finish was by flying to the trigger point. Idk what's up with that but theres an invisible wall there for some reason.

At the top of the tower? sounds like the Gravity zone issue, this is probably an issue with the version of the mod you are using. Try updating your level loader mod :) Had a few people verify and it seems to work.

3:51 It's my pet peeve that operating systems report the mouse position to software at the resolution of the monitor rather than the resolution of the mouse which is much higher. This line could have been smooth.

i assume that the software can subscribe to the raw mouse position and that this isnt the operating systems fault, this is the software

@@dilute6980 Tried it ms paint and firealpacca, in ms paint it was choppy, in firealpacca it was smooth. So its def software dependent

That honestly looks pretty well made, and the difficulty balancing seems better

Honestly like this is really incredible, the overall scale was amazingly close and just wow so many details all nearly spot on

Love the map! Some places are a lot more difficult than the original map, but quite a few places are easier as well. Both chimney and contruction are quite a bit harder, which is fun =)

An interesting experiment. I think the size and detail of the drawing correlates to impression to memory, either through importance or repetition or both.

Hey Cody, quick question. I haven't played around with custom maps in a while, so how do you install new custom maps with the mod pack (the one you use)? I put the level in the maps folder found in the game directory but it did not appear with the mod manager in game. Edit: I see now that you have the modpack and the level mod working at the same time, which I thought you couldn't do because of the csharp file.
