Lolll bruh it’s not that hard, I do it all the time when im in front of all my friends, I can hit on most of the girls. Your mind plays trick on you its a psychological thing, but if im by myself it can be scary. This Juan dude he does it thousands of times because is an act, a comedy he knows it and slowly he gets so comfortable with it that it became natural to him, so in theory behind camera or in front of camera he’s no longer shy or nervous. Everything needs practice just like talking in front of a large crowds.
