Definitely track conditions weren't the best in real life but still that was an absolute belter of a lap😃.

I think whatever they coverd/painted the track surface with irl made it alot less grippy overall

Well initially it was, but after FP1 more rubber was on the track allowing grip levels to return on parts of the track.

​@@gorb2518grip levels would not be anywhere near normal after just 1 fp1 session and sprint quali and a sprint race. grip levels would still be substancially lower.

Also he's playing in T cam which makes it much easier to spot apexs and brake markers and stuff, at china that makes a huge difference to turn 1 specifically, cockpit is way harder to string perfect laps together and achieve the same times, I don't think there's many sim racers who can match even Logan Sargents times irl times, let alone Verstappens

I played a couple of Codemaster F1 games, until I found the mods in Assetto Corsa... haven't played F1 since 2020. But I'm the type that wanna experience at least something similar to the actual F1 drivers, and not something anyone can experiences at an arcade. Assetto is for simulation, but F1 is thinking video game 🤷🏽‍♂️

i was doing quali laps in this car on euroracers discord server, theyre doing vrc formula championship and some of these guys can get into 1:28s on this track lol

Euroracers run on a differtent track (china_2021_fab). This track has griplevel cranked up from 98% to 105%! This wil take almost 3 sec of your best times.

Apart from the RSS mod, you definitely should drive in cockpit cam. The T cam definitely gives an advantage

hey tomorrow, have you got your wheel setup correctly? it looks like the actual steering in the game is different to what you are physically doing, like there’s a multiplier. you should try setting the angle in content manager to the angle you have set in your wheel software, unless you purposely set your wheel like this

The fastest lap on a league I participate was like 1.30.5 on this track at 96% grip this track has to much grip compared to what they had in real life, go try australia again and make a video about it. And if you really want to show off try the RSS FH 2023 that is in my opinion the most realistic formula one car out there.
