Hey Ben, question. I noticed when you throw your drives primarily it looks like you don’t do the traditional ‘whip’ with your arm. It looks like you keep your arm straight the whole way through to release. Is that the case? If so, how far can you drive? I’d love to see a firm breakdown from you.

I can see what your talking about but I do bend my elbow as the disc comes across my chest. It’s kinda hard to notice at full speed bc I don’t get the disc as close to my chest as I should. I’d like to do some form stuff in the future, I’d just need to do some research first so I’m not spending misinformation
