Most of the world population are in a height range of between 5ft-7ft, there are a very few thousand people that broke into the 7ft mark and above, a lot of them being in the early 7fts; so at 7ft5, i don't think people taller than Victor will be more than 500 in the world, except if he's not truly 7ft5, and like 1 or 2 inches was added, which is common in the NBA; but even then, it still wouldn't be more than a thousand.

About 11% of the general world population(% increases if you account for only adults) are between the heights of 6ft-7ft, that accounts for approx. 800+ million people, i can't start being specific for 800+ million people, thus why i generalised it from 5ft-7ft, which accounts for about 99% of the Adult World population... The amount of people over 7ft in the world is estimated to be around 3000, with the remaining last millions of adults being 4ft11 and below (This number obviously increases if you add Children)

The tallest players in the NBA are eastern Europeans. Romanian Muresan and Montenegrin Slavko Vraneš, etc. Both taller than Wemby. They were 7 foot 7. Wemby is same height like another eastern European Latvian Porzingis. He is 7 foot 3. Wemby is also 7 foot 3 and not 7 foot 5. Just that he is skinny so he looks taller than his real height. There was Lithuanian Arvidas Sabonis that was 7 foot 4. But he had body weight and body strenght like 3 Wemby's. 😂 There was American white dude Shawn Bradley that was 7 foot 6.
