Can Freud’s “weird” ideas be blamed on his use of a certain something?

    He indeed said he would stop using the drug and only use it for some special occasions when he really needed it. But remember this is a drug addict speaking. I do not think he ever stopped using it.

    There's strong possibility, that if he has never been using Erythroxylum coca alkaloids among other substances, that he wouldn't be able to come up with ideas, that he did later in his life. In my opinion, many psychoactive substances can have negative effects on individuals, while be positive for society overall if used responsibly
