Very well explained, Sir. But, about 1.16% share, I feel, it is not credited to employee's account, but it was contributed by Govt to EPFO towards admn charges before 1.9.2014, and after 1.9.2014, it is being deducted from employer's share (virtually impacting the employee only as he will be getting lesser PF amount on retiremen).

Sir, good presentation but you do not mention the contribution of employer. As per your very logical explanation it is assumed that if employers contribution also taken in your calculation then Rs. 5000 to 6000 can be disburse as minimum pension. Again thank you Sir for this commendable job.

If a little humility and sence they have the increase to 3000 min pension was approved by parliamentary standing committee in April 2022 which they could have approved.pm promised but did not keep his promise.

If you keep your money in bank by FD and bank returned you intrest and principal amount. But there is seperate rule for EPFO they have not returned your money after your death, then who's father use that money.

Very informative,however you didn't mention the interest of the corpus amount .The pension being given is even not equal to the interest accrued at the rate of 8.3%.Moreover the accumulated principal amount is also not returned.In that how EPFO will be in loss.
