It is not because she was nervous that her hands were shaking. She has a particular disease (I forgot the name of it) where one of the symptoms are shaky hands. If you watch more interviews of her you can see it often. She also has difficulties with breathing/vocal cords. If you watch her interview with Nick and James Corden you can see Demi putting back an inhaler for asthma in her bag.

If you look at her days on sonny with a chance and know what depression looks like, you could tell her smiles on show and laugh we’re as fake as can be even more fake then acting for a show. Most people say they don’t understand, how she could be depressed during those days because she was smiling, but it want actual really her. She was hidden behind a mask to try and keep her depression hidden. She shouldn’t have had to go through what she did, no needs to go through that, it’s heart breaking.
