palmer is good both at the wing and a 10 but at 10..it gives us the chance to add noni another threat to our attack

The second lineup. I think Palmer will disrupt Rodri 100%. Same Caicedo will be worried about cutting off Debruyne, same way Rodri will be worried about Palmer. Having Nonni and Mudryck outwide further poses a threat to City's fullbacks

I think we are likely to see the second lineup but with Cucurella over Chilwell. Cucu has really played well in his recent outings and it feels like Chilly is not at 100% yet

The second line up is cool for me, you don't play defensive game against man city. You need a flexible/attacking midfield to beat City. City 1:2 Chelsea FT.

I still feel like trying Mudryk at the midfield can give a new sharp look in the attack...he should watch Modric, Xavi, Iniesta, Fabrigas or Silva clips for more knowledge

I think the we should go with the first lineup. Everton didn’t come to play and I think it made our midfield look much better. I don’t trust Moises to play anywhere near that level vs City & they’d definitely know to expose Gallagher in the pivot. Too risky for not just this game but the hard run off games we have coming up.

Fans have forgotten the Burnley & shefeild games. City are better than us at the moment & will win 3-1.

We perform better with Mudryk even though the numbers may not say so but his pace gives defenses something to think about. Sterling is one dimensional and kind of a liability at this point. Mudryk is really the only player except for Chilwell who is able to create chances and presence from the left hand side. Also Mudryk, Jackson, Palmer and or Madueke or Carney really complement each other

Second line reason is those players coming back from injuries aren’t match fit and I would be better to introduce them later in the game to seal it add or to make a impact if we trail

same line up bro works. Why? continuity. We use our wings to run city into the group and then sub in sterling and others to replace them when they get winded. city is already tired and we can use that to our advantage.

Start with 433 tire them out more keep it simple and tight defensively then second half evaluate and attack more if still at 0-0.

I don't think we can start Mudryk because he can't defends. It will leave Chillwell too isolated
