Pretty sure ChatGPT is using the 'Make opponent overconfident' strat. It lost 5 times so now the opponent thinks its shit but from then on, it will win every game. Sab CB didnt see the full plan and ended the video before it had the chance to unravel.

Dude the Jort Storm instrumental goes HARD

I know chatGPT hasn't ever been really great at games, but I honestly feel like it has only been getting worse over time... At EVERYTHING! It constantly misunderstands any questions I give it and repeats mistakes multiple times once I've corrected it.

Its the incestuous data pool issue. As AI generated data gets put into the internet and the training uses that data, it causes more and more issues. Google translate once? Its fine. Google tramslate 700 times? Yeah thats not gonna be comprehensible.

It's been a while since I saw this, so it could be out of date, but in some tests GPT 4 is demonstrably worse than GPT 3.x, there's a theory that this is at least in part due to, effectively, AI incest since the internet is now flooded with GPT generated content being passed off as written by humans, that's subsequently being fed into the training data for the newer models

@@bosstowndynamics5488 it's not been long enough for the training data to become that polluted, but it'll happen eventually to out-of-date models. it's like malware, another vector to attack/defend esp for old software. to me gpt 4 improved coherency and factual accuracy, but at the cost of hallucinating in more convincing ways.

It is a language model, it has one job, to put words together in a way that a human might. It does not know how to play games, only how to say words that someone playing the game might say, it has no way of knowing what is a good move or a bad move.

Can't unhear the jort storm

The background music sent me into shock. I was not expecting the same stock music as jort storm

chat GPT works best when you give it more information. So even if you want to keep it to pure screenshots, still give it a screenshot of every screen. Such as the "end turn with excess gold" screen.

First it was pill bison, then it was pill skunk. Now we have pill swan. This is getting out of hand!

Lovely, we started with playing games many years ago and buying game magazines for information and demos, then we watched other play games on steaming platforms and ended up with letting ai make all the decisions in games for us. The future looks positive. 😂

It reminds me of Rick and Morty where Jerry getting fired for his slogan "hungry for apples?" He gets fired and responds (but I ran it through a state of the art simulation)

Honestly the the power play to make the video 8 seconds shy of 8 minutes which could have made him enough money to buy another coding kangaroo.
