Anyways, heres how to make a good Tortilla. Ingredients: - 2 cups of all-purpose flour - 1/2 teaspoon of salt - 3/4 cup of water - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt together. 2. Gradually add the water and oil, stirring until the dough comes together. 3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth and elastic. 4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. 5. On a floured surface, roll each ball into a thin circle about 6-7 inches in diameter. 6. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 7. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, or until lightly browned and puffed. Serve your tortillas warm. Enjoy!

I think the only way for riot to nerf range top laners is if there is an item that works really good against ranged attacks and moderately against melee attacks.

This would nerf ALL ranged. And make bruisers so strong. A simple way would be a debuff during the early game for any ranged staying on top lane more than a minute. Like there is a gold debuff for any champ buying support item and farming with it. Like there are runes giving more bonus if you are melee and less if you are ranged.

I don't understand why Riot doesn't fix adc/range, top. It's really a problem. They have high damage at the beginning of the game, and this is stupid. They have range, which is stupid. They have slow/stun/move speed/dash, and this is stupid. I think fixing it requires giving runs/iteam to work against this Shit actually I don't have a problem against teemo/gnar/Kennnen ext but adc top gives me a headache , Because they deprive you of farm, as we saw at the beginning of the video, the adc supposed to need support and not 1 vs 1 a fighter , but rather in reference to Vayne, it is the stupidest design I saw in lol and needs to be reworked because giving adc max hp true damage is stupid, especially with range/move speed/ dash with 1.5 s / and cc 😖 I know vayne is trash in pro games but we are talking about solo q and it is broken even on master/challenger level Just select vayne top and you will win top with 0 skill

The only reason adc can playe top it's because of riot. Add to that, every adc has better late game than 90% of top champions, so even if you win the lane , they will have the advantage, but thanks for the information. I have been playing top for 4 years and I have played almost all of the top champions and playing Gwen against range top she literally destroys them even Vayne top and i reached a challenger several times but there remains a problem that Riot cannot fix. 😔
