I kinda hate how you depicted Carnitrix ben. In the original comic, he has no control over what the carnitrix does, and can only watch the death and destruction. The only reason he loses is because Ben 10k (omniverse) is too far away for the carnitrix to detect, allowing omniverse 10k to use Atomic-X to cut off and destroy the carnitrix.

Ben 10k has 10,000 aliens aasuming he has access to prime ben playlist except alien x. He has master control so the combos he can do is insane, plus potential other features with codes he can put in. I would say he is way above his kid self. We definitely know he has atomix i wish they actually showed him in the episode instead of way big

Personally I think all three of them would be able to win. Because you failed to take into account the aliens of the Carnitrix themselves and the flaws of the Carnitrix itself. The aliens are just mindless beasts. And unlike the other Bens, Carnitrix Ben’s battle planning wouldn’t factor in. All the Ben 10ks would be able to strategize and combo their forms together, while Carnitrix Ben wouldn’t be able to. It should also be noted that the Carnitrix has slower transformations that aren’t hidden by light (meaning there’s time to think ahead based on the alien coming), and most likely far less failsafes. I’d argue that it could be hacked and deactivated about as easily as the ultimatrix could due to that Azmuth being less intelligent, and not even able to finish the prototype.

Fun fact in a pop-up in the Ben 10 original series it says that Ben 10K upgrades his aliens with nanotech to make them stronger. I don't know how strong but it's still a fun fact.

Carnitrix story is perfect for Ben 10 game plot like DB: Xenoverse series like Eon use Carnitrix Ben to destructions around the multiverse and Paradox has recruited the Non-Ben Omnitrix users aka Players' created OCs(created characters before the game starts). The reason why Paradox chose the non-Ben Omnitrix users is because they are unpredictable for the Eon and Carnitrix Ben. I really want to play the Ben 10 game with combat and customization systems and players are allowed to upgrade and customize their Ominitrix and their outfit.

i actually really like the idea of the carnitrix as a horror idea.
