Barry sounds scarred from what happened from wk14 to week 18 And i understand , i kind of feel the same way. In the last 3 weeks we lost baker, chubb,holland,phillips,Xavien, avg,goode... it piled up so quickly, but it was a freakish rash of injuries we got hit with. So i understand the concern, im just hopimg for better health on both sides of the ball this upcoming year...

And there are still a lot of fans that say injuries are no excuse and every team had injuries blah blah blah. None of them had injuries like we had. I’m with you man. I sure do hope that we can have some better luck on the injury. front in 2024!

Don't take things out of context. What I said for a playoff game is you need someone who can be competent vs the Chiefs. That wasn't the case.

100% agree with Barry. The defense is short 1 guy at each defensive position and with Houston being better, Pittsburgh coming and Bengals with healthy Burrow, one team isn't going to make it to the playoffs that made it last year.

The DT is the number one concern, they anchor the run game as they open up holes for the LB and control the line of scrimmage. LB is still a concern too

The ship has sailed on Channing Tindall. He has 21 career defensive snaps, he will probably be cut to keep an additional TE or DT.

Kohou got constantly picked on because the rest of the secondary was tighter. I still believe in him, his hustle's great and he's very physical. He'll be improved.

Defense will be fine Karder is better at the slot than outside CB and like last year I ask u guys how long will it take for them to learn the system I was told that’s no problem . Because it was problem last year took them awhile like 6 weeks to finally learn .

my biggest concern is as always O line. Patrick Paul is a season away from being ready.

Many years ago I hardly ever agreed with Omar's opinions. Nowadays it's the opposite and I usually agree with him. Towards the end of last season most of our high-impact defensive players were injured. Not using that as a excuse but injuries to key players are hard to overcome especially without good depth at the end of the season going into the playoffs.

It seems like the only thing we really need is an og probably two but we definitely need at least one starting og not more backups.

They got an edge and an ot which is fantastic but there biggest need is rg and dl and I think they need a valid dl and rg

The defense will be the weakest part this year and that's a big problem because it's not a position problem is an entire side of the bal problem. Then including a new scheme that needs several games to get good at, this will be a year the Dolphins need to control the ball and outscore other teams, every week. By this time the Dolphins can play complete games, the fans will have way more to worry about than football games, this year will be a doozy, in so many ways. Good luck to us.
