Not true tho…if a doctor makes a mistake people die…you can’t bury that, if a architect makes a mistake you can literally bury the idea and start a new one,…you can’t start a new life
Its extremely amazing how he is soo accurate even when its legos.

His quick drawing was amazing. I have always been jealous of how some people can make a simple drawing but it looks so good and then when you envision something just as simple and good, the mind to pen does not translate. Really takes skill.
when he decided to take it apart with 3min left😳 that gave me so much anxiety!!
I love when somebody has a cool job and a cool personality to match.

first quote is something my first engineering professor said: "if a doctor makes a mistake, its one person dead. if a pilot makes a mistake, its 200 people dead. if an engineer makes a mistake, you'll want to die yourself."

Ladies and gentlemen... the real life Ted Mosby.
Can we get a full uncut version so we could hear his thinking process
@xenobiotic.
2 жыл бұрын
i want that too
All I can think of when it comes to architect and Empire State Building is Ted Mosby.
This guy is goals tbh, the talent & vibe 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Give this guy a raise
I like how he says he designs the buildings not constructs them but still did good
“I think I need to make a mess” Same...
I wish i can draw like these man a man of hand precision and stuff
Incredible! I wish I had more "like" buttons. Can we get a video for Doak Campbell Stadium? Just putting it out there...
His lines are so smooth
He killed it, amazing work
I can speak from experience to say if you have a layout of mostly the same bricks (and color) it makes it much easier to process your actions before hand. I took about 40 mins in building my Empire Statr Building and only 10 mins of that was actually building and the rest was planning (before even touching a brick). But I had all the same black bricks of 2x2 and 1x2 so it was very easy to work with in a set limitation.
*"LEY-GOH MASTA BUILDAH"*
As a trainee Architectural Technologist I wish we got to work with legos instead of 2D and 3D software. Philip how do you cope?
He snapped that lego so easily
This man can literally see numbers through his eyes
This guy on top of his comedy should make a KZread channel and go in depth on architectural disasters or successes
Great work phil!
Do more of these
i can sense it... behind those steady hands was a hellish freshman year
His free handing is so steady.
That first quote is deep
build a lego empire statebuilding in one hour: everyone: googling a picture and try to rip it off and most certainly never finish it. this guy: takes a blank paper and starts drawing it, still manages to pull it off in a way it looks almost the same. LOL.
When he said : "Most of what an architect does, unfortunately never makes it into fruition." I felt that on a spiritual level😌
All MOC builders: Am i a joke to youu?
Nice.
I love him
RIP piece of lego

It was a brave lego, we will never forget the sacrifice it made for a lego empire building
If an architect makes a mistake it buries itself
Seems like a nice guy. I hope he designs a building that will stand for at least 50 years.
OH NO, WHAT HAVE I DONE!
I wonder if anyone can make a Burj Khalifa skyscraper out of lego.

I didn’t realise he drew that at first so when I saw it I was like? No instructions?
I laughed that that Doctor joke
Look at that drawing:)
Cesar Pelli would be proud of this👍
this is kinda cute
Let that man build the Chrysler building ffs.
This is entertaining
Thats what im looking for 1 at night, thanks yt
Plot twist: He IS the instruction book!
You should have him build a actual Lego architect set
Plot twist : He's learning with all legos back then.
This video triggers my nostalgia. I made my empire state with red blocks from fire station. XD
next: surgeon plays "Operation"
I once built a Lego tower that almost touched the ceiling
LEGO SKYSCRAPER!!!!!!!!!!
The wickedly talented………. Adele Dazeem
now play lego island next
Me: also does not use instructions* I guess i am genius lol
Woah
You should have given him good colour choice, so it would turn out even better
0:00 If the mistake is big enough the building just *buries itself*
Nice-!!
everybody gangsta until he gets the world trade center
If a doctor makes a mistake they get sued or arrested and fired
next time get a civil engineer to do this challenge :)
This comment is specifically for the video editor who added in white lines to enhance the "fast forward" effect.
Epic
That drawing looks like instructions have him just do it by memory
Who let him snap that piece? were they fired? they should have been...
He is not lying 0:09
He’s from southern Australia I bet
Me: Been There
I forgit how fun LEGO'S were
dark humour, hehe nice
That intro statement was dark asf
Not entirely sure why this is a question, I've been building Lego builds since I was like 3 without instructions or even planned parts because all we could get was bagfuls of random parts, my room at this moment has shelvefuls of builds entirely custom, I've made so many more impressive things without even a plan on what parts to have, didn't know this was that impressive, I've even built an airliner with interior lighting and stuff
