Can Am X3 RR TUNE TESTING! EVO, Whalen, Aftermarket Assassins, & Vivid.. PLUS EVO's 2 STEP Launch!?

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Pump gas tune testing! We got a lot of push back from our last video of tune testing, so here's this. This is all the pump gas tunes we could acquire. We were not interested in purchasing anymore than what we already had, so unless the company's supplied them we we're not testing them. We do not run any of these tunes in our car. There was NO brake boosting, all tunes were ran in the order of this video, car was warmed up and ran to operating and adequate belt temperature before the first pass. We made 3 passes per tune, then immediately flashed the next tune and immediately ran that tune. This took approximately an hour so DA changes were minimal if any. If you like the exhaust or blow off valve, check out our website for pricing and to purchase! rpmpowersports.square.site/

Great video Jason! Our AA tune was designed on 91 octane with ethanol because most only have that available. I know some tested tunes were designed for 93 octane. With over 30 revisions we tried about everything possible to get more power on 91 octane and we could not find any way. Add a little more octane and we can really crank it up! Our tune usually gets better with a few more runs... normally see the best runs on the 4th and 5th pull. From there we did 0-90mph pulls back to back to back... and back(probably a few more backs) to make sure we didnt get any knock retard. Then we put it on the trails/dunes and hammer down. Whipping up a tune that pulls good on a few 0-60 passes is something, but real world use and consistent performance when heat soaked and loaded down is what we are here to do. - Mike
