Can Am Maverick Trail Tackles the Colville National Forest. Part 2. It Gets Better Every Day !

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

We loaded up our Can Am Maverick Trail (along with Jr's MT) and took the long trek up near Colville Washington to the Colville National Forest. We got rained on a lot. It was wet, it was muddy, but it was an amazing place to ride. Stay tuned for Part 3 !

Do you use special app to locate the 50 inch trails. What resources do you use. What groups do you follow to help with your awesome discoveries. Thank you for your channel, this type of camping is exactly what my wife and are wanting to do.

I just use maps. Either paper of Avenza maps. In this case our guide lives in the area and is very familiar with it, so all I needed to do was follow him. We all met on a Facebook group called "Can-Am Maverick Trail". We try to get together whenever we can. There's enough members now (over 3,000 I think) from all over the US and many from other countries. If you have a question about a specific area someone has ridden there.

I would love to be able to ride the mountains. Curious, If you were to buy a new ATV, what would you get?

Good video! Making the most out of mud and snow is often difficult. Curious about your spare tire carrier, what's the mfg? Does it swing out? I've just picked up a Mav Sport and would like to standardize tire/wheel size before adding spare. We're up in NW Montana, so north Idaho looks familiar. Thanks, Paul

It does swing out. The rack and tire carrier are made by Ryfab. Thanks for watching. 👍

For me I needed/wanted a SXS that was 50 inches so that we could continue riding all of our favorite ATV trails, so there was never any question I wanted a Trail. Having said that, I tell everyone if you don’t NEED a 50 inch machine don’t buy one. 60+ inch machines ride so much better, handle better, have more suspension travel, and are generally more stable than a 50 inch machine.

We are all part of a Facebook group. "Can-Am Maverick Trail". That's where we organize rides like these and where the Annual meets are announced. 👍
