I'm still new to video editing so please bear with the quality - Please note that there isn't any modding involved in this video: only level editing. Therefore, I can only use assets within the game itself and not make up my own. - For some reason in the Little Zombie Big Trouble minigame, whenever I tried to code the zombies to by tiny and fast, they would spawn in their normal size but chilled for some reason. - Lastly, this video covers only international PvZ2 content, not the chinese version. I only pointed out Zombotany because I couldn't remake it in any form. -Also, at the time of making this video, neither the Catapult Zombie, Zomboni, nor the Bobsled Team were in the game

For Big Trouble, Little Zombie, you could've used the orange potions from Dark Ages, which would've increased their speed, even though it makes them bigger. Just a thought.

Vanilla is not very good. You should try out some mods for PvZ 2, for example Reflourished or maybe even 25 sun meta mods like AltverZ or any other mod with 25 sun meta, also uh Eclise or even chronos (chronoscapade)

The nearest thing we could get to recreate zombotany is using zomboids, turkey-pult turkies and gumnut gum spawning from the back and make it a dont let the zombies touch the flowers or some crap like that.

Raining Seeds is my favorite mini game and seeing it being recreated in PvZ2 it's ♾️ times more better 🤩

For bobsled you could do pianos and camels, I think that would fit more

Zombotany 1 and 2, Seeing stars, portal combat (two portals on the same lane though) are possible to do

For invisighoul I feel like ice bloom would have worked better because you would have been able to see every zombie on screen for a brief period of time.

A mod called Altverz have levels based some of these mini games, and they're really cool.

For Zombie Nimble Zombie Quick couldn't you just increase the game speed?, there is already the fast forward button that does that so it is in the code.

FUN FACT: The Air Raid also exists in PVZ2 Chinese

One thing I hate about pvz2 last stand and survival is There isn't last stand or survival like the og You don't get sun or get to carry over your setup for either Endless is its own thing Kinda sad that you can't even have something so simple

Well, about survivals i know why they're there, pvz1 survivors are really long winded, which makes them not that fun to play, plus with the way the endless zones are in the game, the only option would've been to make a new zone that can have any zombie and mechanic of the game, or else it would be too easy

In bobsled banzana you could have used camels instead of a comehead and 4 basic zombies

I did recreations of or homages to Can You Dig It, Heat Wave, Bomb All Together, Wall-Nut Bowling, and I think that's it. Technically there's also last stand and beghouled and invisghoul but that's normal PvZ2 Stuff. Oh yeah and there's Whack a Zombie I guess too.

So….what about the Limbo Page? I Know That Both Art Challenges are impossible but what about the other ones Air Raid (Fog) would 100% Work High Gravity, Can You Dig It? (Day), Dark Stormy Night, Unsodded, Big Time, Sunny Days, and Squirrel would be interesting to recreate Bungee Blitz and Grave Danger are probably impossible to make due to their gimmicks And then there’s Ice Level…an incomplete level

That in the ice level a zombie chicken comes out after 1 minute, which would be the closest thing to recreate the "game over" to the original ice level.

Grave Danger: on the contrary this must be the easiest to recreate, we can program new graves spam/Necromancy per every zombie wave. Bungee blitz: can be approximated with lots of parachute spam. Other zombies can even be programmed to drop from the sky behavior just as the Pilot zombies (they did this in Reflourished). It will only give Chomper pumpkins and Cherry bombs on the conveyor belt. Since the roof surface doesn't exist we can set it in a Beach level with Lily pads instead of Flower Pots, and with water covering the whole lawn.

Good work

A few ideas to change for the better: Zombiaquarium: needs to be locked & loaded with falling suns. Bobsled Bonanza: the zombies follow behind the Torchlight needs to be Camel Zombie at any length equal or less than 6 so it equals to the bobsled team. Last Stand: infuses the zombies come on the flag waves with Sun Bean effect to simulates the flag-completion sun reward.

With a bit more modding skills, Zombotany 1 and 2 would actually be perfect to the original.

Zomboss Revenge was not what i was expectting. I was expecting every premium plant against zomboss. Also for seeing stars, maybe you can make it like a dont let the plants die level

So uhhhh, Wall nut Bowling, Collum Like you see em and Whack a Zombie are in Pvz 2 china too Wall nut bowling has his own features now too: Theres a New Nut in the Bowling nuts Familly, The Primal Wall nut, Wich in contact with a Zombie Will Split Into 2 Mini Primal wall nuts, based on one of his Leveling habilities. -theres also the yaca, Wich just as in the normal gameplay Can Spit seeds After Hitting a zombie, The seed acts like a defense. -News zombies were added, Discotron zombie, The Shovel zombie from Lost city, All star (he can Counter 1 from a nut if he charges into them), and the Camel Zombie group. The other mentioned game modes doesnt change that much, Aside from the abusive difficulty from whack a Zombie

You technically *can* recreate seeing stars in pvz2, you just cant make it a win condition i dont think

you can make it a win condition, make a grid item spawn that can't replace plants not can spawn if a plant was on that tile(so using graves i think) and a necro of an instakill zombie. still a theory

I rember many years ago - someone recreated zombotany in original version. I know that him moddified game, but - this is possible. Also fun fact: they planned to bring back beghouled as minigame. But it got cancelled - so were got only: some modern day levels. And epic quest which appear many years ago. How i rember - before leveling got into game. Also big troubles little zombies - not increases their speed. It only changes size and hp. Because of different size it looks like - they become faster.
