I have listened to pastors doing all sorts of gymnastics and twisting and turning with the Word of God on this subject. Scripture is absolutely and categorically clear that the Holy Spirit through the Apostle Paul declared that a a woman was not to teach or have authority over a man BECAUSE Adam was created first and the woman was deceived not the man. Pastor, your understanding of Scripture is correct. God bless you.

Oh boy thanks for this topic pastor you sure don't mince words and thanks for speaking on topics others won't I wish I could come to your church im recovering from a auto accident with led to leg amputation and spinal injury so wheelchair bound at the moment please add me to your prayer list thank you pastor for all you do your virtual church member Joseph 🙃

Bishop is a presiding elder and elders are drawn from the ranks of men, as are deacons.

@@alcox6377 I suggest you study the Scriptures and not links! I will debate from Scripture alone with any one. Nowhere in Scripture did God put a women into the priesthood. Christ did not call women to be Apostles. No woman was inspired by the Holy Spirit to write Scripture. And God does not change, nor does His Word, the Scriptures. The Holy Spirit, not man, inspired Paul to write 1 Timothy 2 and 1 Corinthians 14.. You either believe ALL of Scripture or none of it. And finally church history does not support women in church leadership. This is only a snippet.
