Cool video! That GT-R... Not sure what was the issue, but you can hear his revs super low when he is shifting, he is def not shifting correctly. I also question his 800hp. I am not taking away from your valid win, I am just saying something def seems off with that GT-R. I should disclose that I own a 1000hp GT-R and also a Model 3 performance, hence why I found your video because I googled to compare them lol. My M3 Perfomance is slower than my GT-R, but not that much slower, that is until around 40-60ish, and then its a huge difference. Regardless it's very amazing that I can even have a car almost as fast as my GT-R that pulls double duty as a very capable and comfortable daily with great tech!

I imagine that GTR had some "made up horsepowers". of course launch of the Tesla owner was good and the 3P does pull very hard 0-60, the 800 Hp car sould pull back at higher speeds and narrow gap quickly. Of course in theory it might be possible that he made a 800 Hp tune with 800 hp on a very narrow power band, but I think thats unlikely as then the number would be just for bragging rights and a bit strange to bring to a dragrace strip.

Really great races. If you can go up against the Kia EV6 GT sometime then that is the race I want to see.

@@RichOnTrack Awesome! I just watched the video. Great races. That is what I thought would happen. The EV6 GT is slightly quicker in the 1/8 and it should win in the 1/4 mile too. You gave him a good race though. 7.3s in the 1/8 is no slouch. Great job! Keep up the great content and don’t sell the Model 3 just yet.

Your vids are getting better! Honestly at this point, your success is guaranteed bc the quality is above what your sub count shows! Enjoy the 1000 sub mark! Youll be smashing right past that goal just like your M3P💯

Hold on did you hear the motor on the GTR. Launched then shifted at high rpm. Then at like 4k then straight at 3k. Wtf didn't even rev out 2nd 3rd or 4th

I’m not. The car has brake hold so I’m just hovering over the throttle and mashing it to go, no touching the brake

@@RichOnTrack the reason I asked that is with the plaid in dragstrip mode you have to hold the brake and gas both then you just release the brake and your off. Wasn't sure if you did the model 3 like that... Even though I can hear you stomping the gas so that is probably a silly question. 😂

I wish you could get lighter wheels and remove all passenger seats to go faster lol.

the funny thing is tesla is a family sedan and all these other cars are upgraded for speed. why dont you pull out the back seats and boost up the model 3 like all the gas cars do.

800 HP GT-R can do a 9.75 second 1/4 mile consistently... Tesla M3P does about 10.92. Something wrong with the driver here lol

something not right with the GTR tho, you dont short shift like that on a boosted car, it seem slower than stock
