Well, for me as a civilian, i think i have my liberty to protect myself from common criminals; so i think i have the rights to own an armoured vehicle as long as i can afford to buy it.

If i have enough money as civilian aba for security purposes magpa bulletproofing ako ng aking car even walang threat. If halimbawa napadaan ka sa area na may barilan ng police at kriminal at least bulletproof ang sasakyan kung may tatama man ay secure tayo di tayo madadamay makakalayo tayo mula sa lugar na may barilan diba.
