I never thought in my wildest fears, I would have joy after a sermon on this passage. For forty years I wandered around, in fear, living a life of debauchery, after once having a relationship with God, or so I thought, but I always trembled and shook at these verses thinking it was speaking about me and that I only had Hell as my future (along with Hebrews 10:26ff), and I tried to stay away from Christians and churches. But about 10 years ago the Lord found me and answered my prayers, and I have been going to a wonderful God-fearing Bible-teaching church since then, and have learned to hate my sins and love His word. God is so good and merciful, turn to Him and trust in Him.

I'm so grateful for this teaching tonight. Thank you, Lord.

I remember seeing Dr James Vernon McGee when I was a little girl. I grew up listening to this ministry for years while I was growing up. I had a mom who loved his teaching. We used to listen to him on the radio every morning.

I fall short, but hate it. A saved soul cannot live in sin comfortably. It will be in anguish from guilt.
