Ended up with a 2000 Ford Excursion with the 7.3. 408k kms. Currently waiting on the mechanical safety thing then start getting some parts lol

If you get injectors you should upgrade your hpop and a e fuel system

So I have Marty's diesel efuel kit on my 97 7.3 obs. They told me to set it at 60psi and it's running (depending on which tank I select) between 58 and 60 psi but your video I think said to set it at 65psi?

I have a 2000 f250 4x4 .It may not be the most powerful diesel on the street, but I would not trade it in the world on just how cheaply it can be maintained!

Rebuilding a 7.3, would it be worth to cut the block down to increase compression and how much? (95' Engine in an ambulance)

Increasing compression is the wrong direction for power. Gasser thoughts don't work on diesels

@@codyparker679 most 7.3's have a low compression from the factory, one thing for me is to get the compression up high enough that it will start when it's at 50f without having to keeping it plugged in, and the other thing is to get it high enough the glow plugs aren't running all the time

Heck i would be happy if my 7.3 went as good as my wifes kia!!

My 7.3 will keep up with a stock and deleted 6.7 but took alot of money to get there. But a 6.7 truck blows it away in every way. Just buy a 6.7
