Nice spot especially for family groups 👍🏾

I could not fish the time i visited this area, Vaal river was full and the river was flowing. Im definately coming back again.

Nice site for fishing, especially during warm weather!

Would you be so kind to advice in your opinion which campsites in Block B is the best to camp at for fishing and view of the river? Thanks

The best access to the river and fishing is where we camped. Site 11 or one of the adjacent ones. There's a nice ramp down to a flat piece of ground next to the river, with a large weeping willow for shade. Some of the other sites have steep banks with nice views of the river, but are less accessible for fishing.

Hi Zenzo. From what I am aware of, the Vaal River may be quite polluted at times. I have not eaten the fish I have caught there.
