Camping with Covid is a little hard, but if the outcome is what I’m praying for then it’s all worth it!
In this video I share Day 2, how I’m feeling, what’s changing, the medication I’m on now, how it’s affecting me and symptoms that I’m going through…with all that said, I’m actually still achieving things!

@@TinaShinn Bring one of Paul's antique radios out and have him use his AM transmitter to play you one of the early radio programs, too put you to sleep.

These days I have to quit drinking anything with caffeine by early afternoon or it keeps me up at night. I did a sleep study and found out all kinds of things we do to sabotage our rest. Big hug from Florida.
