I get your relationship. My wife and I have been married 44 years. We never fight, we are still best friends. Sure we get cranky if we are lost, or hot, or super tired when we are hiking or fishing or off roading. But we have each other's back no matter what. I think me and Cody are very lucky guys!

I love the drone shots in all of your vlogs. They let us see streams that we might not see from the trails and flying above the trees gives us birds' eye view of the terrain. Thank you for another great experience. Happy travels.

I'm sure I've said this before but I just love your creativity in these videos. Things I especially love: the way it starts...I'm on the computer a lot and my husband plays the videos on our TV and when I look up I can tell if it's your video intro - I'm like "yay it's Dome Life" it's so relaxing looking around from on high with the drone and seeing the trees as it comes down - it's just great. Another thing is how you include bits of nature... like flowers...and moss on rocks and trees. And I really like the camera down at the water level. So nice.

I'm laughing at myself. I actually leaned forward to see into the beef borgunion pot. 😂😂😂 You both have such an easygoing way about you that I, and I'm sure most viewers, feel as if I am there with you shooting the breeze. I relate to so many of the activities you do as well as your pace. Not extreme. Also, when I see the camping it takes me away for awhile to a place that is not winter. I used to love winter, I still do, but I could totally leave it to go to warm tropical waters! Cheers!🍻

You could sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons full of Baking Soda, per shoe, in those stinky shoes after they are dry and leave overnight. Depending on how stinky they are you may need to do that a second time. Also, speaking about garlic, if you have a bad toothache bite down on a clove of garlic and leave there as long as you can. It really helps the pain and kills germs at the same time. Thank you for another beautiful adventure. 😍

Kelly! I have the solution for your garlic fingers! All you need is a regular stainless steel spoon and a bit of water. I usually follow it by a soap hand wash but I'm telling you, if you smell your fingers after just doing the first step, you will be AMAZED at how much less garlicy they are. A chef friend told me about it decades ago and while science focused me was very skeptical of what he suggested, it very seriously works. So, get your garlicy fingers wet, rub skin with the rounded part of a wet stainless steel spoon back or front side, and rinse or submerge in water. I usually do the rubbing under a running faucet but I think it will work for intermittently applied water, or while submerged in dishpan with just water or probably also a creek. The metal somehow bonds to the stubborn garlic compounds (mercaptans?) and takes them right off the skin. And your spoon is fine afterwards. It feels like magic because it's the magic of science. For the first time I wish I could identify or describe the science aspect of it to y'all, but I never needed to look it up it because it just worked so well that I was convinced without needing to understand the mechanism. But I guarantee you that I will now look up the mechanism.

Wyoming Draw a circle around Jackson Hole and Grand Tetons and don't go there! Kind of like camping under a freeway overpass with beautiful mountains in the distance. 3,500,000 visitors per year. Try the Wind River Range, the Wyoming Range south to the Utah border, the Idaho side of the Tetons, etc. Bring bear spray and know how to use it! And bring bear prof food storage containers! Upper Green river and the New Fork for trout.

So, next time you make Beef B., try using wide egg noodles instead of taters. Easier and better.

Some unsolicited recommendations. Buy a tube of Voltaren pain medication. Great for ankle, knee, shoulder, etc. works great. Used to require a prescription. By a small Sawyer squeeze for bottle-at-a-time water purifier. Not as much paraphernalia to carry. Use Picaridin insect repellent lotion - works great. Spray the entrance (at least) of your tent and clothes with Permethrin about every six weeks - no ticks, chiggers, etc. I I am aware you are “au natural” and against chemicals but no use putting up with annoyances because of your bias against the ingredients. These are safe products.

Kelly, you might try Soloman brand. Seems more suitable for narrow foot. And has your hubby ever tried Keen? We love Keen. Seems a little wider toe box than Oboz. Good shoes are super important.....esp the older you get. Keen Newport H20 sandals are my go to for whatever I can get by with. I like HOka for work shoes.....but not hiking unfortunately ....terrible grip. I do have a pair of high top hiking boots that are European made. Love ya'lls videos. Thanks for sharing. This has been a great adventure.
