I don't know that you'll actually read this but my name is Dawn. And I love camping. I just want to say that I love your videos because at the moment I'm taking care of my mom. She is 89 years old and about to turn 90.🎉 but that being said we don't get to Camp anymore😢😢😢 I will say that she's the one that taught me how to camp. I just wish I could see you fish😂😂

I was about to watch Netflix but catching up with Andy is SO much better and more relaxing for me, thank You For creating content for us!!

BRILLIANT video, I get as much enjoyment from watching as it would appear as you get from actually doing. This is the first time I have seen your tent. For one person, it's great.

We live in the United States and have done a lot of camping,so it is really special to watch you set everthing up and really enjoy yourself. The food looks great so take care and be safe

Thanks for the video! When I saw you playing around with your Opinel, it motivated me to fix mine. I love this knife so much, my dad always carried one with him. The ring on mine came loose only a few months after I bought it. I didn't want to carry it in my pockets anymore because it would open all the time, but now that I fixed it, I get to carry it again. I checked a video on how to remove it and tighten it. This 1am fix was triggered by you, thanks Andy! Cheers from Québec!

Now THAT is a proper campsite, Andy. Especially loved the Tiki Torches and you looked extremely chill in that chair !

I've always shyed away from roof tents but I'm liking the idea on mounting one above the rear deck of a pick up. Looks like a good set up, I have a similar awning but I have a tent that zips underneath works well on the Freelander.

You are a man who believes in atmosphere and ambiance for sure. Lights, fire, homelike feeling……. Good Show!

I really enjoy the roof tent glamping camps and all the accessories you take. That feast looked immense along with the classic Kent potato's I was so hungry afterwards (as usual with your cooking) 😁 Keep the Vids coming fella such a tonic so enjoyable 👍👍👍

Great video. I have always associated the sound of birds and seeing rabbits, squirrels and chipmunks as a good sign that there's no predators wandering around. Where I live there are mountain lions, coyotes and even bears. I plan to get out to a campsite in the Summer of 2023. There's plenty to choose from here. Thanks for all these great videos.

We also love homemade potato salad, cole slaw & homemade banana pudding with them. Oh yes & a big dish of baked pork & beans.

One of my favorite dishes growing up was fried baked potatoes. So you put uneaten baked potatoes in the fridge, and some morning after, you slice the cold, cooked potato, and fry it up in a cast iron. Super tasty, and all you need to do is REALLY crisp the outside of the sliced potato. Different taste than a french fry, because the potato was baked, and you leave the skin ON! But the same crisp crunch as the best french fries.

How many people think camping is a struggle and hard work... Food looks amazing and what a cozy civilized setup.
