Camping at Devil's Den State Park, Arkansas, Hiking Devil's Den Trail, and Hiking Moonshiners Trail
On this week's adventure we camped at Devil's Den State Park. We camped with some friends at this State Park last year, and it was that experience that caused us to buy our very own camper. We stayed at campsite 79, which is a great site with lots of shade and had a perfect spot for hanging our hammocks. It had a baseball field where the family enjoyed hitting balls and racing around the bases. We enjoyed Devil's Den Trail, and right outside of the state park in the national forest we hiked Moonshiners Cave. Be sure and stop by the visitor center to get your Arkansas State Park Passport Book Stamped. If you want Devil's Den Merch, I recommend going to the Devil's Den Store which is right by the pool. + The Park is quite busy on the weekends. Plan a day trip during the week for a more peaceful experience.

Please Note If you are traveling to Devil's Den with a camper take Exit 53 off of Interstate 49. You can also get to the Park using exit 45, but this road will be difficult for longer trailers.

Thanks for this video log. We will be camping at Devils Den May 6-13, 2024 on site 78. Your video was very helpful! I have wanted to camp and explore Devil’s Den - this will be our first time there! We also will be attending (and celebrating) our granddaughter’s commencement at the University of Arkansas!

Good stuff! Moonshiner's Cave is on my list. Glad you got to see some water. The new Monument trails there have lots of waterfalls that are pretty easy to walk to from Campground A.

Thank you! Since we were there the 1st weekend Monument opened I didn't want to take this kids on it. We are hoping to do it soon. I've heard nothing but great things! Thanks for the comment! Moonshiner's Cave is an easy hike. It's something you don't see everyday, it was so cool.

Until the White Nose Syndrome problem of Devils Den State Park ends I'm not going there. I can locate karst with what I want elsewhere which has zero wildlife safety issues.
