What a great idea to rest up from touring at a place like Alannia. As newbies to touring on the continent we appreciate the first class review! And will tear ourselves away from the museums of France, & meander our way south from France. Cheers🍻

That looks the perfect site guys. Absolutely wonderful. I would love the nature reserves there. But looks like we will probably not make it there as it opens in Feb and we’re planning a January break next year. Thanks guys , it's open all year, we have booking for January next year , its a website thing I suspect. There is also a Caravan and Motorhome Club Rally on the site starting 12th Jan , although that might not be announced yet . I'd drop them an email if you're interested. We booked at reception before we left , they all speak very good English too. Hope that helps thanks for watching Helen and Martin.

We have just booked 5 days at the Alannia camp site in mid May as we travel around Europe. Great pictures helped, Helen, thanks. Not a great performance at the weekend Martin as 1 red to another, like the Roy Keane moment in the walking football 😂….love M&C xx stay safe….❤

I particularly noticed your reference to nuts in the market! We are in the Auvergne at present, travelled over from Norfolk 9 days ago. I just commented we’ve almost run out of nuts - yes, we’re doing Zoe too and I’ve just made another batch of Zoe almond cookies!

Hi Happy Easter ,the cookies sound great . We are loving the Zoe menus , it's made such a difference to us. We bought big bags of nuts from this market all grown in Murcia we were told. Best wishes Helen and Martin

Hi, our answer I accept demonstrates our poor technical knowledge on the subject , but a cable runs from your tv and plugs directly into a port on the electric post. Instructions are supplied at reception and there is no extra charge , just tune in your TV . If you need a cable they sell them in the campsite shop. Hi thanks for watching , apparently busy over Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays which are very busy as you would expect. The site can cope though without it feeling too oppressive. It wasn't to busy when we were there and quietening down as we were leaving as UK Dutch and German in main tourists were heading home. There was also a sub 300 van Caravan and Motorhome Club Rally at the site which ran over winter. Thanks once again for your kind comments Helen and Martin

Another excellent vlog. I just have one question……curiosity…….why did you change from CarVan to Motorhome? We have had several of each…….currently caravan. 🥂🥂🍷🍷🍾

Hi Graeme , we ask ourselves the same question quite a bit and I don't think we would have changed without wanting to tour Europe extensively. We have never been as comfortable as we were in our Coachman no doubt and we do on occasions miss the car , but the Aire System and great public transport system in Europe, in addition to the easier pack up and go options a motorhome brings , swung it for us. We don't rule out moving back though if our requirements change , we think Caravans are awesome. Thanks for watching , best wishes Helen and Martin

Alannia looks a great site to catch your breath and to chill out after a while on the road. We do the same and have our favourite 5 star sites and there’s nothing better than recharging the batteries and then off again. There are limitations with a camping car but like you, glad we changed from a Coachman caravan as it far easier touring in Europe. Looks a great trip and enjoy Spain 🇪🇸
