Really loved to hear the new updates from Campfire Audio, especially in the Andromeda line up 👍

The podcast with Alessandro was great! glad to hear he's coming back!

I love this channel, by far the best out there for no nonsense high-end audio reviews. I do like my Solaris IEMs although, the smaller size would be great. To be honest, I would probably go for some 64 Audio custom IEMs next time though so the fit is perfect.

Looking forward to the podcast! I've been reading about these IEMs and excited to hear your thoughts. With the current human malware situation is has become very difficult to go and test these anywhere... Could you include some information in the podcast around what devices you/Alessandro use to drive these.

Which portable DAC/AMP do you recommend for the Solaris 2020 so it can reveal the full potential of these IEMs with a dead silent background? I mostly listen to Electronic and Alternative Rock music. Thanks in advance.

What are your thoughts hearing that the Campfire Comet has been discontinued?

I loved that podcast. It would be great if you evaluated some of his own music to get different perspectives from a musician and an audiophile.

I would own the Adromeda, but I’m a poor man, so stretched my budget to a Fiio FH-7 instead. I still haven’t heard the Adromeda, but I’m delighted with the Fiio

Hi John, I'm new to your videos and found this site while researching IEM's. I understand why you don't offer an opinion about which is best in your reviews. Makes total sense, but my question is just how can one audition a set of IEM's when, for hygiene reasons, they won't take back products that have been "in the ear" and the higher end products are not stocked by high street outlets like Sevenoaks Audio or Richer Sounds in the UK?

Nick Scott o Hi Nick, when things are back to normal the best places are Selfridges have Campfire Audio and 64 Audio, Harrods have Sony and Campfire Audio. Also check out HiFi Headphones near Brighton they have Campfire Audio and 64 Audio. Also checkout Audio Sanctury in New Maldon. Also best place for all in one place Canjam London next year and the High End Show held at Ascot Races for Headphones and Two Channel. Also for Headphones and two Channel checkout Hi Fi Lounge, hope that helps. You demo the models there.

I checked on the Campfire Audio website and the Comet has been discontinued

Have you considered uploading the podcast to KZread? Just a still photo image/background with the audio over the top? I would happily listen to it that way and of course it would pop up in KZread for me as I'm a subscriber to the channel... Just a thought?

I've previously thought about that but I've seen it done elsewhere and I don't think it looks very good. And judging from the comments, viewers don't like it either. KZread is for *showing*.

I never thought I needed IEM's until after watching your previous videos. As I write this I am waiting for my Campfire Audio Polaris V2 to arrive in the mail today. Why a Polaris? Because I'm a pleasure seeker and not a truth seeker 😉

I don't use earbuds, they always were annoying to me the way they felt in my ears, but that was many years ago and on the cheap. I think it's time for me to give them a try. They've come a long way. I always enjoy your reviews and look forward to all of them. I see you have some boxes in the background. BRX Bookshelf speakers I presume. Looking forward to a review on them. Keep up the great work and stay safe and healthy.

sir, i think you should read papers on pinna region in in ear monitor and how frequency works and try AKG n5005. because then your neutral definition will change i love solaris but hate andromeda to core. Andro is haze FI eith clink clank treble. being honest and truthful and Andro is super hyped solaris is great though(the soundstage and accuracy is pin point)

I think you'd really enjoy the AKG K712 Pro!

It has an immersive soundstage, which really feels like you're in a different environment, with a very enjoyable sound signature, good separation and detail retrieval ( it has a way of cramming the details in like the HD800, but without being harsh) and an interest layering (what it decides to put in the foreground and background). It is amp picky though.

you better insure these :) if you lose one or your dog eats it, your having a bad day to say the least. Would love to hear the sound quality difference between these and well lets say the more mainstream earbuds or IEM's :)

Please stop the close field vision. I would like to decide what to look at and it's not always what is in focus!

Campfire is so overpriced for what you get. Way better and cheaper options out there.
