I don't have a camper van YET. I'm watching your videos and seriously getting the bug. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge.

Great campsite, worth the extra for the convenience and the additional bar, restaurant and swimming pool. One for later in the summer, avoiding school holidays. Thanks for show casing. Glad you had a super weekend 😄🚐❤️🐶🍾 xxx

In that area, a few miles further north we much prefer Sheringham, with the steam trains and period festivals. Kelling Heath is a great site 300 acres, restaurant, bar, pizza house, village square, indoor and outdoor pools as part of the health centre (optional charge). The real bonus is the site railway station with the steam trains into Sheringham or Holt.

We’ve been there a couple of times. In August when the site is full, the amenities block is totally inadequate given the number of pitches. Having Cromer on the doorstep is a big plus though, as is the easy trip by train/bus to Sheringham. For a good evening’s entertainment, the show at the pier theatre is a must. Nice job on your video, thanks 👍

Being a Suffolk gal, Cromer is our go to place. Love Seacroft and also Incleboro Fields CAMC site a bit further down the road. The pier is so beautiful and busy in summer and you can watch the best sunsets from this coastline. Sheringham also very quaint with a cute trainline.

Love Cromer and use West Runton CCC site, 3 miles from Cromer. Lovely walks from the site, 1.5 miles to the beach known for its fossils. I did a price comparison and it works out similar although 40% discount for grass only pitches from June Seacroft looks great for town and beach access particularly for the granddaughter.

Great vid thanks! Stayed at the CAMC Incleboro Fields site a fair bit which is very nice and can highly recommend, also within walking distance of a beach.

You missed a real treat - Rocky Bottoms just along the road is a fantastic place for straight off the boat crab and lobster with a fantastic view. One for your next visit.

Love the variety of your videos! Hope you'll be doing on about the basics of a pub stopover as it''s something we've never tried before... Quick question, where did you get your custom fit carpets from and do they affect the efficiency of the underfloor heating?

Great video guys. Looks a lovely place to stay. It's been a long time since we visited the east coast, so you've given us thought to revisit. Shame you never made it to Cornwall. Hopefully catch you down here sometime.

We have a campervan and a caravan. When we take the caravan, we tow with the campervan and take our folding bikes and other 'extra stuff' stored in the living space of the campervan because we don't need it, obviously sleeping in the caravan. When we only take the campervan but want to take the bikes, we need to take our awning to put the bikes and 'other stuff' in when we have to sleep and live in the campervan. I think that we may get a camping trailer to put the bikes and other accessories in, particularly when it is cold and wet and the drive away awning is a pain in the a- -e to put up and down, worst of all wet. We have a wind out awning, that is no bother to put out, to substitute for the drive away awning. Have you thought about a trailer for your needs, to give you that extra bit of hassle free space ?

Would you get yourself a little oil or fan heater to save on your diesel if you’re paying for electricity. I imagine you did that in the Cali with the little Kampa diddy or is it not worth the faff as you’re heating water. Is there the option of water heating only?

  • @CampervanTime

Good question. Yes the van can heat only the water so we could use a little fan or oil radiator, BUT, the heating is so good and so quiet in the van we'd really miss the overnight peace it gives us over the fan (oil less so) cutting in and out. This is just silent. It doesn't seem to use much diesel at all to be honest, so we're content without anything else, but maybe we will if diesel gets back up to £2 a litre again!

@@CampervanTime as you say if it’s hardly any money to run your diesel heater then it’s probably not worth the faff. To be honest we only use the kampa in the day/evenings in the van and the diesel heater through the night because of the noise.

I know, they are taking advantage of the increase in popularity and pricing a lot of people out. Everything has gone up. 😢
