theory: that dude that took Phebe on the walk was with the girl from the dorm (not the one with red hair the other one). when he said "not again" he was referencing something that happened when they snuck up the "Owers house" because she mentioned being up there and thats why shes back. EDIT also he mentioned "putting his parents in their place" perhaps when he says "not again" he could be referring to that

Also everyone, I think what happened at the end of the episode with Cameron talking about his parents was why he ran away from her unconscious self because that might have been the same thing he had kinda done to his parents to put them in their place but he got out of hand and felt very guilty about it. Obviously that’s not a good thing to happen so his parents sent him to Camp Karma.
