Luisa is secretly very anxious that she'll get abandoned if she can't be "of service", Isabela wants to be herself and not the perfect princess, Pepa is anxious as hell, etc. Perhaps Camilo could've had his own troubles if the film were allowed to be longer, something the lines of "if I can be everyone, how can I know I am anyone", there's already a lot of possibilities in the movies, for example, when someone needs help, it's not from him, but from another someone (like Abuela and José)
