It is funny to hear Camille Vasquez say “I was not a fan and I did see that many Johnny Depp films”!!!! There must be millions of people all over the world who became Johnny Depp fans and admirers after this trial. I am one of them!!!! Since then, I have been watching Johnny Depp films and trying to catch up. I love stories of triumph over adversities, injustice and untruth!!!!

It was our privilege to hear you speaking with Camille Vasquez. I could not have put that in a better way, other than a privilege. She genuinely cared about her client, she genuinely understood the magnitude of the stress under which her client was in. She understood Johnny Depp as any other man, under the same circumstances men face every day. A man or boy can be abused #MenToo Camille always included Ben Chew and the entire team.

Excellent interview, start to finish! I watched the trial and have followed the "aftermath." Hence, I've backed up and learned as much as possible about the UK case. Well done summary of that! Interesting about JD's deposition. The "other side" made it sound like he did not sit for deposition. Authentic is a really good word ... rather than popular or credible. JD's "beat" came across as thinking about the question; AH's "beat" came across as preparation for the next scene she wanted to give. Yes, her testimony felt manufactured. I'd go one further about the introduction of the tapes: watching AH during cross examination you caught glimpses of the person we heard on tape. Congratulations to Ms. Vasquez on her promotion to partner. Well deserved!

She had to prove D.V. was committed against a man, that was a loss in another country. The entire young staff who I don't know their names (sorry for that) and Ben did amazing job. To keep it all together, not miss a beat and win was truly a miracle. I feel Camille's hard work will go down in law books for years to come. @@meganz020 I would comment yes AND no about her intelligence. She, like all successful narcissists, can see where a person's blindspots are so as to plan and are skilful at exploiting them, keeping them off-balanced so as not being able to properly defend themselves. However, there is also an arrogance that renders them positively stupid - they can't see how their playing fast and loose can bite them back such as pledge vs donate and the utter lack of photos and medical reports showing the serious injuries she claims to have gotten repeatedly.

@@meganz020 She portrays herself as well read and is often photographed with a book in her hand yet she makes the mistake of saying "parakeet floor" she also uses the words synonymously & donated to have the same meaning, if you watch her interviews she continuously stumbles on her sentences and makes no sense, it's obvious she has researched and rehearsed quotes and speeches from other interviewees, she literally tries to take on other famous/ renowned speakers/stars personas but fails bc she can't act and cannot feel or portray their emotions or passions, she wanted to be the female version of Johnny Depp bc she was inherently jealous of his stardom, she's an experienced scam artist but that doesn't make her intelligent, she proved on the stand that she lacks basic thought skills and relied on her truth being the only evidence the public needs to believe as proof she was the victim, even knowing there are facts and evidence to prove categorically she was the abuser, yes narcissists can be very intelligent but AH relies on her skills as a manipulative liar to fool people and the fact she has never faced any consequences for any of her actions, she is now exposed for being a fraud with multiple fake personalties, Johnny said it perfectly " you're not real, you are a made up thing in my f**king head" she's clever but she is not intelligent!

The one thing I liked about this and his legal team was they understand Johnny Depp and new him to be honest, caring and very professional but Shy person, for him a man aswell to have to open himself up and his personal life to the world of which he doesn't ever do or has never done was yes a gift to him too aswell, it showed the real Johnny Depp open for all to hear He's a very personal man and has allways has been. He was even very caring in word's and word choices in respect to all that was spoken about, even when he was talking about his ex he still spoke with very true feelings and professional with a Caring side still there, you could see it and hear between the words. He didn't need to do that but he didn't change himself of being a the man he is, caring truthful honest, heart of gold man just because the world had been told horrible things about him. As to the abuse ect, what you heard was him. He did a brilliant Job, but it wasn't a job to him it was a man being himself and just told being able to have his say after so long, it took a alot but it was needed by him. What got me in the whole trial listening to it and watching it'was Johnny Depp was truthful about his life his career and his Addictions in life, he took responsibility for his actions, mistakes in life and was just refreshing to see a man and of his standards show and say nobody is perfect ❤️, that was very beautiful to see and hear, because there is no shame in that, its actually very normal to have faults and flaws Just be positive and keep moving forward ♥️ Stay strong 😘

I think the really wife was Vanessa! No need for papers signed, because she has always acted so, with dignity, true love! AH was not a wife. She was his worst TRAGIC ACCIDENT in life! Accident which, by the way, destroyed his family and his family stability! She stole this man from a beautiful nest of love he had built with Vanessa! I am sure she studied him and Vanessa before going to that film set. She knew her goals ( he didnt know her intentions)! This is not something going wrong for him! He was set up from the very beginning! So stop calling her " HIS EX-WIFE" because she was never a wife for him and calling her that, just makes her stay in his llife( and that is what she wants). So lets avoid it. Just call her " HIS MOST TRAGIC ACCIDENT IN LIFE!"

I wish John had asked Camille why she didn't challenge Amber about her and Whitney having very different and conflicting stories regarding an alleged incident involving Johny threatening to push Whitney down the stairs at their penthouse in LA. In Whitney's version during the trial, Johny came up the stairs behind her and allegedly tried to push her back down the stairs (awkward). In Amber's version during the trial, Whitney was on the stairs below Johnny when he allegedly tried to push Whitney down the stairs. Both couldn't have been true.

36:30 Camille makes a very good point here in regard to her worry that a male juror might be attracted to Heard. I was after watching the first five minutes of her direct. However, after watching her entire direct and cross, Heard is no longer physically attractive, rather she is unattractive. It’s funny how the brain can change how you assess physical attractiveness when it views someone as vicious and cruel. One of the questions I would have enjoyed seeing a response to is Camille’s opinion on how confident their team was going into this trial. Obviously they thought they could win it, but I wonder if they had any idea that nearly 99.9% of comments on YT would be not only anti- Heard but anti-anti-Heard. There are serial killers and rapists that would garner a higher % of public support, and I really mean that. To me, it’s amazing that almost 100% of trial watchers can be so sure that Heard was lying, yet Heard’s attorney couldn’t work some sort of deal before trial, or advise their client that it’s highly probable that her life would be ruined. I wonder if there were any deal talks or if Depp knew that the only way he would get his life back was to sit through a trial. This was fascinating trial and Depp’s entire team represented the legal profession amazingly well.

What would have happened if on the stand Amber said the words "I won the UK trial." Would there have been any repercussions?

In all post trial orations by representatives of both sides, JD's side are professional, stay to the topics as related to the US judicial system. AH's side, as well, as herself in contrast are so accusatory of the judge, jurors, and witnesses. Everybody lied, were paid off, were unsophisticated, etc. . .they just seem uncredible. Their strategy obviously did not play well in the trial and is even worse post trial. I have been a juror many times. I can every jury I have sat on took our duties very seriously knowing our decisions were impacting people's lives whether criminal or civil. I know that jurors are committed to be impartial ,fair, and put great effort to understand the judge's directives prior to deliberation. I only speak from my experiences of course. I do believe people who do not have that level of commitment know how to get themselves excluded by their responses during jury selection. I have seen that time and time again and I think that is a good thing.

It's NOT VAZ-QWEZ, for heaven's sake! Are you sure this isn't Elaine with a speech modifier? Her name is pronounced VAZ-KEZ !! Wonder how often the poor woman has to have her name slaughtered?
