Camilla orange and carrot cake without eggs and without butter

300 g carrots
100 g peeled almonds
200 g flour
180 g sugar
80 ml orange juice
80 ml vegetable oil
16 g cake yeast
100 ml animal or vegetable milk + 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or 3 eggs)
powdered sugar
24cm (9.5in) cake tin
Cooking 180°C - 350°F for 50 minutes, medium-low part of the oven

@@debbiesalatti6513 you can put animal (cow) or vegetable ( almond,oat) milk with vinegar or put 3 eggs instead of the milk with the vinegar. He doesn't add salt.
