I don't get your point... EVERYBODY uses backtrack...even beyonce...even a group who technically wouldn't need it. In the past all pop artists used playback in their concerts and no one said a shit about it. NO need to drag her down man! What I know and it's a FACT is that she for SURE can sing live and at leat 95% of her performances is live vocals. No doubts because the little imperfections are absolutely CLEAR... She can't harmonize with her own....it's crazy man! If you can't admit she is good just move on! Why have the trouble to coment?!

Laurence: She has a softer voice. So, her mic is turned up wayyyyy louder than the typical singer to project. As far the backtrack being used for the pre-chorus, maybe she doesn’t feel comfortable using falsetto

Kahari Kyles you can here her doing the falsetto because some of the falsetto was off tune but it sounds autotuned. I think she is singing live and there is barely backtrack her mic just might have a little bit of autotune in it which is totally fine :)
