Camila is always so humble and gracious.

Just by looking At how camila holds and handles the knife, you can tell she really does cook a lot. I am always rolling my eyes at other celebrities showing off recipes while you can clearly see that they are not comfortable holding a knife. If you can’t hold a knife, you probably don’t cook much.

I love her! Likeable personality like her hubby 😊

You have to put the plates upside down. Put the tomatoes on the back of the plate and add the other back of the other plate on top .... then cut.

My sister made something similar but with chopped shrimp and of course cilantro...it was surprisingly delicious with the cucumbers, like she said it adds a freshness

I rather this chunky guacamole rather than creamy. But it's definitely missing Cilantro and fresh lemon and lime. I never had it with cucumber but I will try it this weekend ☺️

We're all different and perceive tastes differently, I like it as creamy as it can be in fact use an immersion blender for the avocado and then add the rest, very chopped. I hate chunky stuff in salads, soups or in this case guacamole. As great as this recipe can be and I might even try it but I know I wouldn't be able to enjoy the taste to the fullest with those big cubes of avocado etc because I would feel one thing winning over the other as I chew.

I Love a chunky Guac but I've also made it without Cilantro due to laziness by not going to store n it's not as enjoyable. I'll try it as per McConaughey family cuz the Cucumber addition does seem refreshing😋💕...

I know a fancy chef who adds white corn and mashed peas, delish! Peas are probably a diet hack but they blend in perfectly so who cares (you can eat more) and the white corn adds tiny sweet crunchies!

You're supposed to put the tomatoes between 2 plastic tops (not always handy though).

I like jalapenos cilantro and lime, chili flake in mine did I just not see it?? I pass on tomatoes also garlic salt also guess a hundred ways to make things there all probably great!

Your supposed to cut the tomatoes on the bottom of the plate

My mom also makes her guacamole chunky in cubes and she swears it stops the avocado from browning too quickly when put in the fridge

Cilantro and crushed cumin seeds is a must. You can reserve some plain for those who prefer it that way

Esse abacate que usam no guacamole é mais amargo que o brasileiro.

Camila is so very beautiful and I like her. BUT....always stabilize your food on a table top before slicing! Never hold food up in the air when using a knife. Safety first.

Use the opposite side of the plate instead

how did the host get a job at delish? she cant even chop anything...she handles the knive so weirdly

the reason the tomato hack didn`t work was because you did it wrong. You turn the first plate upside down, put the tomatoes on and put the second plate right side up. Then press lightly on the top plate and move the knife the same way as the senior editor. It really works and saves time.

How about people who put apples or mangos in it? Honestly cucumber doesn't shock me at all, I even might try it but fruits in my food it can only make me run like Speedy Gonzales but away from it. I like tomatoes but not in guacamole or lettuce salads yet love tomatoes/onion/cucumber salad. Everyone has their own taste despite how it may sound to others.

Tomato trick with the plate works, you are not doing it right, you have to use the back of the plate.

Flip the plates.

Guacamole with cucumber? That’s an insult to guacamole. It’s has no garlic no cucumber. That’s rather an avocado salsa, rather than guacamole. The secret ingredient is cilantro. Guacamole without cilantro is not guacamole.
