I just adore Cameron. I love his way of explaining things, his energy is so positive and supportive. A pleasure watching the lesson!
love the analogy Cameron gave of ride your horse like they are in school. can't expect them to learn just riding 2 times a week. he's such an amazing coach. you guys are so lucky!!
I just love how happy you are to have Cameron and Addie meet and for Cameron to ride her. Like a proud parent.
This is by far the best vlog I’ve watched with you and Addie Emily.Cameron is a bloody good teacher and when he went to the mounting block well he was amazing. He’s a brilliant rider and explained to you in the easiest way so you’d understand. I’m not surprised that your buzzing after that homework and you rode her beautifully too so be very proud of yourself. And your right keep doing the homework Addie is going to be amazing and she’s muscling up I can see it she’s a beautiful filly.tfs😎🏇😎
Amazing lesson! She looks a lot bigger than she is!! Look forward to seeing more lessons with Cameron in the near future 😁
Lol you’re hilarious! “Reading the paper with safety glasses“😂
This was so helpful to hear/see Cameron ride her! I've been working on the same thing with my young horse, she can get fussy or very heavy in the contact, and my inclination has been to send her more forward to encourage the push from behind to get evenness in the contact. Nice to hear Cameron say the same things about Addie and hear my instincts were correct!

Always love seeing instructors ride horses and explain exactly what they're feeling so helpful isn't it. Well done on your instincts I was definitely focusing too much on the contact too soon but it comes naturally xx
Cameron as so sensitive to the horse. Fabulous.
I write this on every video - I actually love this horse so so much! She’s so gorgeous and such a lovely mare ❤️ please can I have one of her 🤣 fantastic Cameron!!!!!
Now I think Cameron needs to come and visit Spritey. 🥺🥺🧡
Cameron is such an amazing equestrian and he seems like such a lovely human being.
Cameron is AMAZING , he totally "gets" everyone's horse - brilliant 👍 Xx
First! Cameron is amazing! You and Addie are the best pair ever!
So interesting to watch Cameron ride Addie! Not being afraid to ask for more push from behind was a lightbulb moment I had with Meg following her KS surgery. Addie is coming on beautifully! You must be so proud!

It's an interesting moment you realize the worst they can do is go faster
Cameron is such a good teacher, I would so love to have lessons with him!
Would cameron ever come down south to teach 🤣 loving his teaching style! And always learn soo much watching him teach!
Well done to the both of you, obviously all the work you have done has payed off. She looked amazing and was very well behaved for a baby pony. Enjoyed just listening to Cameron and taking in everything he was saying because like you said at the start it can be just beneficial as your own lesson.
12:44 - plot twist this video isn't about the lesson, it's just a giant DrPepper add😂
Absolutely love this. Cameron is such a great instructor. 😁 And you are a great student. So glad you did this lesson vlog, I'm just starting my new horse too and am having the same issues. So this was such a good one to watch. It really helped me understand the importance of forward for a young horse. My guy is 12 but has spent the last 3 years in a pasture doing nothing so his is very weak. Thank you for sharing this with us!!! I'm so excited for both you and Addie, I can't wait to see the two of you grow together as a team. ❤️❤️❤️🥰😍
I actually msged tina this morning about where he does his lessons. Would love to have one with him. Loving Addie btw.
BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VLOG FOR AGES!!! 🤩 Loved it!! So much learning happened for me so thank you and Cameron and Addie!! ❤️
Super educational. I LOVE when I get an instructor on my horses. I think it's so funny listening to how he talks about correcting her because it's the same thing I ended up doing with my mare, who acted the same way when she was a baby greenie. The instinct is to pull their heads down but you actually want to push them forward and lighten the contact. She's coming along so nicely! Love love love these raw lesson videos. Keep 'em coming!

It's just so nice for them to feel what you're getting as it proved so much they think different to watching on the ground. Thank you so much x
This was sooo informative. I have just started a baby and what Cameron was saying makes so much sense but I needed to hear it! Thank you for sharing!
I’m so excited to see you and Addie progress. It’s so cool that you can take your experience with Lola and Cameron’s teaching and apply it to Addie ❤️ Love your vids!
I feel like I comment this on every video with you and Addie but IM LOVING WATCHING YOUR PROGRESS!! I’ve never met u or Addie but feel like I’m personally in the journey so watching her go sooooo well in the lesson and seeing how happy you were literally made me feel so proud and happy😂 no idea why. also love that your sharing the tricky moments when she does throw her head around etc because many would edit that out, due to being worried about hate comments. Eeek just loving the videos so much!
I’m so, so grateful to you for this video Emily! I’ve felt instinctively that my youngster (same age and stage as Addie) should be going forward with an active hind leg but also felt under pressure to slow her down and make her rounder, but every time I did she was yawing and backing off the contact. Now I know what I felt was right!! 😁😁😁
Just amazing ‘em . I can’t believe you don’t have a mounting block . Get Pappa on to that . Was great to see Cameron on her working her out. Great Vloggy vlog vlog.
Cameron is soooooo good you lucky girls very J. It’s great seeing and hearing the lesson on a youngster as we can see it sort of from the beginning. Well done
Good lesson! Cameron communicates so well to human and equine. Really anxious to watch how you and Addie put everything together for success. Stay safe. 💙🐎😎
Addie's so lovely, and I enjoyed watching Cameron ride her. When he was pushing her on, she really began to bring that back leg well underneath her, and made a very nice shape. She's going to be so good!
Great lesson with Cameron. You both did so well 💓

Just found your channel and I am looking forward to checking out more of your videos. I live in the US and my great grandfather was born in Cornwall so I’ve always been drawn to it and wanted to visit. Excited to see Cornwall through your eyes😁
Addie is already gorgeous but oh my, she is going to be *stunning* when she's all muscled up and fully eventing fit. Can't wait to see it. Great lesson.
I love how Cameron explains things. You can definitely see that Addie was processing everything in this lessons. Some lovely paces, and I loved some of her downward transitions. Can’t wait for your next Cameron lesson.
this has been fantastic, I will be able to use so much of this with my pony!
Great lesson, makes so much sense on a baby! xx 😘
Your horses are adorable ☺️
Absolutely loved watching this, seeing how you and Addie are coming along leaps and bounds is just fab. We'll done both of you.xx
Brilliant job Em! Fantastic lesson with Cameron. So much great advice and things to work on. So many light bulb moments. Wonderful to see Cameron ride Addie too. What a little super star you have. Super proud of you both 🌟🌟🌟

Well done Emily and Addie. Great lesson with the fabulous Cameron. Very educational for you both. Thanks for taking us with you xx
Great lesson with Cameron, he makes you think whilst still having fun and making sense It will give you time to consolidate all his teachings 🥰
Loved this vlog and I wish I was close enough to have lessons with Cameron! So beneficial to see the footage so raw so we can learn from it too 😊 can't wait for Swipe Up Kick On!
This was such a lovely vlog. I am so looking forward to the 2nd series. I subscribed to H&C because of the first swipe up and kick on and have been repeat watching that, Cameron’s first back to basics series and Bobby’s back to basics series with you. Sooooo helpful as a supplement to my regular lessons at the barn I ride at each weekend.
Such a great instructor for everything especially your confidence!
That was great, Bang on Cameron, Push through and beyond the friction point .. Leg to hand never hand to leg.. In France where i did all my training, we always did 20 minutes warm up of "Vers le bas et Vers L'avant" Long and low stretching, in trot down and forward into the contact, before bringing them up into the hand, so the push was in place and the back was risen and supple and happy to push from behind into a relaxed low swinging contact with left-right bend then slowly push forward into a higher collected contact ... also after every 10minute left reign and then right reign work, the horse is asked again to push down and LOW and to rise their back and they swing low and HIGH as they reach low and forward into the bit, .. Its very French Most Event riders do this .. Thx for this Addie is looking so good and you will really advance after these tips from Cameron 💚 AND a lot of event riders do endurance first so the horse is forward before training begins ....
Wow she’s grown wings !! 🤩😍🔥
I love how you just drop these vlogs on us without announcing them. :D
Eek you looked fabulous 👌 love seeing you learning with your baby pony
Have been eagerly awaiting this lesson vlog! What an amazing lesson you had- Addie really showed some great improvement by the end. Love listening to Cameron, he has some great analogies & insights... Looking forward to having a play around with some of the things he has mentioned for Addie when I start my little palomino cob this summer. Haha, hopefully she stops before 16hh for you... I have 2 ponies that were supposed to get to 14.3hh, but both decided to quit growing upwards at 2yrs & instead grow wider, the only good thing about it is at least they will take up my leg lol.
Eeeeek so excited to watch 🤩
This was just an amazing vlog. Cameron is so fantastic at explaining things and a lot of things he said will be a great help with my OTTB who is doing a lot of things Addie is.
Looking super - I love how transferable all the learning is! I’ve got a new horse to ride with a big stride and jump. Watching this I’m learning I need to be more forward for improving the consistency and power so not leaning on me! Thanks!
Lovely lesson. Lovely Cameron. Lovely Addie and the Girlies 💕
I love watching these lesson vlogs! Cameron is such a brilliant instructor; so interesting what he was saying about working them 5 days a week, that made SO much sense! Such a shame that you feel worried about what people on social media will say, it's a shame we live in an equestrian world where every man and his dog has an opinion on what we should or shouldn't be doing with our horses. You're doing a great job Emily! X
Great lesson so excited for your future 😘
Love watching lesson vlogs
Addie is looking really well x
What a good baby pony! 😊🤗
Really loved 🥰 watching this lesson, reminds me of mine, although he’s not a baby just a bit Rusty 😂. If I was closer would have a lesson with Cameron all the time - Great guy! 😊. Super work though Emily, I feel you pain on the dead right arm 😂🤣😂. Looking forward to watching more lesson and as you two grow together. Addie’s gonna be great 🤗🙌🏾😁
Totally loved this! I really need to shift my young boy more forward and keep those brave pants on to let him open up more instead of bringing him back when I feel a little unsure. I’m totally getting my boy out schooling more 👍
I love the intro! The Addie clips are great and love there's still some Miss Lola clips in there🥺😊
Amazing horse and rider !!!🐴🦄🦄❤❤❤
Loved the vlog. So interesting to listen to Cameron
Love watching your Cameron lessons! Wish we could clone him and have one of him up here in Scotland too!
So interesting. I'm an ex show jumper and I train reining horses now in Las vegas . But camerons advice can still be applied with my discipline. Love your vlogs girly keep up the good work
Ekkk this looks amazing! I'm in the process of book a lesson with Cam!
How is no one talking about naturally beautiful Emily is 😍
That was really fun
That was fab x
Well done Emily nice to see Tina with you it's nice you let Cameron ride your horse
Love Cameron . Would love a lesson with him
I can do anything with my horse as far as throw stuff over her, go over anything etc but when I get the measuring stick out she doesn't want it anyway near her. My friends horses are the same, what is it with a measuring stick :). Love you girl, wish I could find one just like her. You are both going to be fantastic partners.
Think u have a superstar there 😉 well done Emily ☺️☺️xx
I love these lessons, I definitely take away bits for my new 8 yo who acts like a baby due to not previously having a routine and lacking some muscle. It does remind me how fit I need to be too 😅
This was so helpful! I also have a 5yo who doesn't use their back end 😅
Your video is lovely, what music do you use for your intro? I love Addie, she’s such a lovely little mare.
I would love Cameron as my trainer I love him
♥️😄👍
Good video Emily
♥️♥️♥️♥️🤣
Cameron and Fred seem to coach differently. How do you find having 2 coaches??
I like Addie Waddie!
Have to say I think you're much more confident training with Cameron and his way of teaching
good job emily and addy xxx my name is wendy xxxx love you so much xx
