Great message mate , absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about warriors loose sometimes you roll the dice in fighting or combat it's always 50/50 as you well know, you should be proud mate , I'm an ex green jacket that was in around the same time as you , 2004-2011 , keep your chin up you've accomplished more then 99percent of us have or will have , even getting to the UFC says a lot about you .
