I wanted to know (1) if we can keep the power cable attached to the camera all the time (2) how the monitor panel is charged and (3) how often we need to charge it.

Yes! There is two-way talk, however this is a non-wifi camera!

Hi! Thanks for your question! The camera itself needs to be plugged into power for it to operate, however the monitor can operate wirelessly as long as it has enough battery to do so! Hope this helps! (:
Hi we had just gotten this product and we can’t seem to figure out to go audio from our monitor. We can see it senses the audio from the camera but when we go downstairs we can’t hear anything only it sensing it. Do you know how to fix this?

Hey! If you can navigate towards the settings and be sure your sound it turned up, that might help. Also it might make a difference if you are in the VOX mode or not (the user manual can help explain what this is!) Hope this helps! (:
How does it charge? Mains? Battery? Would’ve helped to include details like this in vid? Also not sure what you mean by non WiFi connection. Not all of us a tech savvy I’m afraid 😞

It charges by cable, and “non Wi-Fi” means you cannot connect your baby monitor to Wi-Fi, like you can a telephone. It keeps you and baby safe from people hacking your baby monitor
