I saw a lot of recipes but didn’t give details like American recipe that tell the range of pumpkin size, the amount of egg, coconut cream, sugar, and range time for baking or steaming. You’re the only one showed and explained more details, and you also a pro and con of the method like you explained about growing bean sprouts. Thanks in advance.

I saw people use small muffins tray and use it to steam it. The tray has to be small enough to put in the streamer. Or you can buy smaller bowls from dollar tree.

I got it from Cambodia. My sister sent me some. 😊 I saw people using mini muffins tray that can fit in the steamer . It turned out pretty good.
