Cambodia 🇰🇭 #3 Battambang 2022. Countryside Tour, Bamboo Train, Bat Cave and the Killing Cave.
In Battambang we went on a tour that showed us the beautifull countryside, the famous Bambootrain and the sad history of the killing caves. For the final, our wonderfull guide Kim took us to his 'secret batcave' to see millions of bats fly out against the sunset to look for water and food, a magical sight. 2024 Battambang is worth checking out! A bit dusty [from a local pov] ...but many spots, such as Ek Phnom and Bamboo Trains, are like a breath of fresh air.
