INGREDIENTS:
* Raw Papaya (कच्चा पपीता) - 1
* Water (पानी) - 2.5-3 glass
* Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) - 1/2 lemon juice
* Sugar (चीनी) - 3/4 cup
* Water (पानी) - 3/4 cup
* Kewra essence (केवड़ा एसेंस) - some
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - some
* Saffron (केसर) - some
* Beetroot powder (चुकंदर पाउडर) - some
* Green food color (ग्रीन फ़ूड कलर) - some
RECIPE:
Take Raw Papaya & chop it finely.
In a pan, put some Water for boiling, put the chopped Papaya in the boiling Water & boil it for 15-20 mins. Then take out them in a strainer.
In a pan, put Sugar & Water then keep it for boiling. When Sugar gets dissolved, put the boiled papaya in it & cook it. Divide it into 4 parts.
Put Turmeric Powder & Kewra Essence in some Tutti Frutti for Yellow Colour. Put Saffron Water in some Tutti Frutti for Orange Colour.
Put Beetroot Powder in some boiling Water & put it in some Tutti Frutti for Red Colour. Put Green Food Colour in some Water & put it in some Tutti Frutti for Green Colour. In this way, Amazing & Colourful Tutti Frutti will get ready at home.
