Hello my beautiful fam!! Welcome back to my kitchen first of all I want to thank you for being part of our family, and allowing me to be part of yours!!!! today I’m going to share with you how to make delicious camarones ala diabla with white rice; seriously the perfect combination!!!! I like to remove the tail from my shrimps, I like to enjoy every bite without having to worry about the tail, if you don’t mind it, you can keep it, it sure does make a better presentation, 😅 keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste, I really hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe button so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘

👍🏽blender using at the moment- Vitamix a3500
👍🏼dishes and utensils are from bed bath and beyond, target or Walmart
👍🏽pots and pans are from calphalon
Ingredients: 6-7 servings
2 lbs of cleaned raw shrimp
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
2 tbsp butter
1/2 white onion; sliced
4 roma tomatoes
4 chile guajillo or New Mexico chile pods
4 chile de árbol
2-4 chile chipotle in adobo sauce
1 garlic clove
Salt/pepper
🍚 Rice:
1 1/2 cup jasmine or long grain( my fave brand: mahatma)
2 tbsp butter
3 cups water or chicken broth
1/2 cup mixed vegetables; canned or frozen
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp salt or chicken bouillon
1 serving of love 💕

I made your recipe tonight & LOVED IT! My husband & I are “gringos” 🤣 so I only used 2 chilies de arbo instead of 4. It was perfect for us. Love all your videos (I watched them last night while my husband watched some movie on tv). I have been cooking since very young, but never knew much about how to make sauces with dried chilies etc as you explain. Claudia, I just want to let you know that I come back to this video often because it’s one of my favorite Mexican dishes ever. And your recipe is sooo good. Sometimes I add mushrooms or bell peppers to my shrimp for some veggies. This has become a staple in my rotation of meals and I just wanted to thank you.
