There are lift points that service techs know, or should know about on the 1LE. I had a Chevy mechanic show me last week. He said they don't use the pinch welds with their lifts. Once you find them just point them out to whoever's going to lift your car. They are near the pinch welds. You could put these on the car and there's still no guarantee the shop will use them...

Artagain thanks for the input. Unfortunately not a lot of mechanics know about it.

Great video, thank you. Once you have jacked up the car, where is the best spot for jack stands?

lenny I have a question. I have a 2017 Fifty SS. My question.. On the front lift pads.. Do you install them towards the front or the opening more towards the middle? I'm seeing two places.

Why won't any of the youtubers who put up videos actually demonstrate them being used... I don't see how these help. They look extremely slippery. Based on their appearance, shape, finish, you can't put a jackstand under these...

These are a waste of money, they are machined about 1/2 inch to short and do not extend down past the rocker panel. As a result when you try to jack up the vehicle the saddle of the jack makes contact with the lower rocker panel instead of the lift pad and the rocker panel cracks. Considering what these this cost they should have been engineered better. Look on ebay and amazon for much better alternatives and save yourself some money too.
