I daily drive a Mustang with a 4” cowl hood and although I’ve gotten used to it I still struggle with stuff that’s nearby in front of the car. My neck is always stiff because of my hood haha but I love it so 🤷🏽‍♂️

I had like a 4 inch scoop on my older Camaro , it takes about two weeks to get use to it ( as far as driving and seeing around it ) but I'm 6'2" so I'm up taller in the seat than you are .. You are so humble, as I also drive with my hands normally on the lower part of the (Holy Crap, the sound of the car is awesome, almost popped my cheap speakers) steering wheel, and definitely not a wrist driver, which is so goofy.

I have a 3 inch cowl on my Chevelle and it looks just like that.

I ordered the carbon fiber rear high wing spoiler from C7 carbon and it’s been 12 weeks and it’s not done.The price was 1,000 and I put down $50 plus the shipping was $77 so $127 I’m waiting for them to take the balance I have it now but I might not when they take another month. I like your hood it’s bigger than 3 inches ✊💎

Awesome car and awesome videos, love your channel. Just a little suggestion though is to work on forming good habits with hand placement on the wheel, that much power under the hood can get away from you quick and you need to be able to correct when it gets hairy. You dont want to be on one of those driver fail videos we see.

Love the cam in your car. It sounds like my '69 Camaro BBC from 1977. Your car and mine both runners. My 2011 has 3" Corsa and its just right amount of noise for me. Sadly your car would be pulled over in a New York second here in California based on the decibel level. :( Carry on.

I love the new camera location! I could clearly see the road and you in the rear view mirror while driving and talking! Question, do you get weird looks from people after blowing by them on the street and then when they finally catch up to you at the next light and see who’s actually driving the Camaro! I’m sure all of them are thinking it’s some young guy or a guy having a midlife crisis and then they pull up along side you and see it’s a young woman!

My 2010 Camaro has a stock cowl hood. It’s about 2”-2 1/2” tall. So maybe yours is a 3” meaning 3” taller than stock. Cause yours looks like a 5” or 5 1/2” tall 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sometimes getting custom parts for cars is just straight difficult. I had a similar experience with weld wheels and having to wait 6 months for the wrong wheels. Thankfully I test fit them before putting tires on so I was able to get them fixed but it sucks having to ship them back and then wait...

Great video Raquel, you have mad skills in driving. Love watching you drive. You were taught very well. To see the hood from your angle was a great idea. Just a an idea about any youtube video's maybe film some car meets happening in Florida which would be cool to see. Hope tj is doing well and recovering.
