Firstly, I must really appreciate your efforts to visit factories and industries and exploring how things are made. It will encourage entrepreneurship and employment generation. Also, informative for curious minds. But One thing Saurabh Ji, I feel that you don't do justice to such videos. A clear picture doesn't come out of what really happens and how things are done. You are not as good as the political ground report videos. Here, viewers get confused be cause you yourself are clueless. But the common knowledge should come out clearly. Some set questions that you must ask are: 1. What are the chemicals and raw materials used in different stages? For e.g. what chemicals are used in soaking and at other stages. 2. What kind of cost is involved in putting up the entire setup? 3. What kind of cost may be involved in very basic, maybe semiautomatic or manual setup, say a 15-people setup? 4. What kind of permissions, clearances and regulations are involved. 5. What is the margin a new entrant can expect in the business? 6. What separates them from competition? (What and not How). I mean are they low cost producer or high quality producer, or better supply chains etc. 7. Are there any supporting policies from govt that they use or a beginner can use? In 1995 , I was offered a job by a leading exporter in Kanpur from campus and they called me for a meeting in Jajmau. This was one of the worst places I had ever been to . The stench was unbearable, there was waste leather lying everywhere, chemicals flowing on streets ....I felt nauseated by the time I reached their office which was much better. Met a few senior managers , walked out and decided I will not work for this industry. Best decision I ever made.

You should have also covered the pollution control unit.
