2015 I went to watch my team storm play cowboys at Dairy Farmers Stadium and they lost in golden point, I paid big bux to travel to Townsville for the weekend from palm island where I live, anyways me and my daughter waited outside the gates to see the storm players Slater, Cronk, Harris came took quick pictures all the rest went straight past us onto the bus never even looked at us.. I was the LAST person there out of everyone and Cameron Smith stayed there taking pictures then came over to me and had a quick yarn and pictures that's the sort of Player Fans like ill remember that ''Til I Die''.

I’m a qlder.. it hurts to say but I will always says John’s is the greatest player ever.. I put the like of Lewis, Smith, Thurston, Lockyer all in the top 10, Smith definitely in the top 5 of that, but John’s is number 1 in my books..

The refs talked about it. Just said he was pretty much the only captain that was nice to us and would accept calls or even if he disagreed, disagreed nicely. They knew what he was doing but how not to reward the nice guy over some guy screaming im your face and saying you are wrong and bad at your job?

@@icmullhe also gave the Refs the respect they deserve. The Refs had a job to do, a difficult one. Cam was a smart, calm Captain and knew the rules well.
