I know you said your using the hoyt factory strings but i called winners choice and they've been bought out for exactly a year now but kept the name and just wondering if you know anything on their situation and quality thanks.

Nice to see tips from someone who is expert in both weight training and archery. Are there any archery-specific exercises or workout techniques you would recommend other than "more shooting"? ("More shooting" goes without saying.)

+Jeffrey Hawkins Not sure what you're looking for specifically, but back exercises will help the most. Pull-ups, cable rows, bent over barbell rows. Target muscles are the rear delts, traps and lats. I've noticed that some cardio helps as well. Helps control your breathing and slowing down heart rate

I saw some world championship video. They were shooting at about 30 yards, and grouped worse than Cam here at 70 yards

+Woods Rodi Easton Full Metal Jackets. Probably a 340 or a 400 spine. The shorter your draw length, the lighter the spine you can get away with.

That's not his typical group. Otherwise he should be in the Olympics! In another vid he mentions that his target is 4" groups at 40 yards.
