Ate this two days in a row when I was visiting in 2016 - it was too good. Second day, I went by myself and shoved a whole pizza in my face. Till this day, I think about their 4 cheese pizza and drizzling all the honey and chili oil my heart desires on it. People think I’m weird when I ask for these condiments in Southern California. If you know, you know! Can’t wait to go back.

OMG I absolutely love Pizza 4P and have told numerous Malaysians just how much I wish they open an outlet in KL, Malaysia. Everytime I visit HCMC, I drop by their rooftop outlet at Saigon Centre. I haven't visit their other outlets but looking at this one, I definitely need to pay a visit the next time I am in Saigon. Keep the videos coming Chef Calvin!

What I really enjoy is seeing traditional Italian cuisine, in this case pizza and the Prosciutto appetizer, made fresh providing the best flavor. I also like to see nations imbuing their own flavors adding a personal touch like Salmon Miso to create new and interesting pizza combinations. In the US, California had to blaze new territory by creating its own take on pizza, where on the East coast, NY remained traditional Italian for a generation. India has created a wonderful variety of pizza using Naan and various spices to create their own pizza. This only makes the product more enticing to the masses by embodying a dough with a cultures familiar flavors making it an instant hit.

It was delicious

Japanese Pizza usually is like American Sushi - delicious, but far off from authentic. One of my travel mates in Japan once got asked if he wanted Honey to drizzle over his pizza... I suspect you'd leave the restaurant in a body bag if you asked for that in a seriously traditional place in Italy. That burrata and crudo half pizza looks like something I've actually been served in Italy before, though.
