Jpl is a Corporation that is very detailed in security like boeing and NASA. Prob depends on where you're from and family jobs back home

Actually in July every year, there is an open house. JPL is open to public - a lot of L.A. residents go for a tour/kids stuffs. Anyone can go. (They close security sections off.)

CalTech:WHY did you lie back in 1994 when the Northridge Earthquake struck.you know damn well the earthquake didn’t measure 6.6 this earthquake measured 7.5 ! And there is NO fault line in the San Fernando Valley.
